There’s quite a lot that we’ll be doing, but I wanted to touch on one part of the expedition that I haven’t written about so far. 1 week out of the 5 weeks will be spent at a mountain camp. Depending on which mountain base camp we’ll be going to, we could either be working with scientists or with the local community.
Work could also include dung beetle trapping, invertebrate survey quadrats, reptile trapping or small mammal trapping using Sherman traps.
Or, as a friend mistakenly read… small mammal trapping using Sherman tanks.
